ROXBURY SALON BOOKING POLICY All online bookings require a 25% deposit before the booking takes place. Bookings rescheduled 48 hours or more prior to the appointment can redeem deposit paid. No shows will incur fees of up to 100% for the appointment that was missed. Late cancellations cost our business greatly, customers will incur a 50% late fee if notification was given less than 48 hours. Please ensure to check your reminders and notify immediately via return Txt message sent 72 hours prior if you need to change your appointment. This gives us time to fill your appointment and ensures we don't lose out financially, and theres no need to seek compensation, thank you in advance.DO NOT WEAR EXPENSIVE CLOTHES in salon in particular if having a colour service. We do NOT cover for colour stains the onus is on you as a customer. We provide protective wraps covering your entire body, if you move around and use your phone ensure you are careful and maintain keeping the wrap around you.
