Marlene is a seasoned Business Manager with 2 decades experienced in Finance & Operations.  Known for her strategic vision and business acumen, Marlene has played a pivotal role in the success of Roxbury Salon.  You’ll see her doing a bit of everything, front of house, R&D, team training, management.  Marlene is passionate and dedicated to ensure the quality of our products & services provided are of the highest standards, free from harmful substances resulting in healthy, shiny, beautiful hair.  On the fun side she loves to have fun with her team organising social events and team bonding!

At Roxbury Salon, Rachel creates a welcoming and comfortable environment where clients can relax and enjoy their salon experience. Originally from Ireland, she has been at Roxbury for 12 years but still keeps her fantastic accent!  Her professional expertise, makes her a favorite among clients. Rachel loves her Tint and Foils combinations, Grey Blending, Blondes, Dimension Colours and QiQi Hair Smoothening.  She's an expert cutter and stylist including Men's cutting and Curly Hair Cutting.  Clients achieve their desired look whilst boosting their confidence.

Jess is an advanced senior hair stylist originally from NZ.  She is our QiQi queen, our Great Lengths Extensions queen and does beautiful Copper colours, along with stunning Blondes, cutting including Men's and styling.  With over 13 years of experience and a deep passion for the art of hair, Jess has become a go-to expert for clients seeking high-quality, transformative results.  Jess is known for her ability to create personalized looks that perfectly suit each client's unique style and features.  Always cool, calm and collective!

Originally from Byron Bay, with a passion for effortlessly beautiful hair and a deep understanding of lived in colours, Emily brings a touch of Byron Bay laid back luxury to every appointment promoting healthy free flowing styles that reflect your unique beauty.  Her highlighting, balayage colour work is stunning, book her for blonde work,  colour dimension, and don't forget her cutting and styling.   She is in high demand, our 20 to 40 year old clientel love her.  Emily wants her clients to experience the journey, creating a trusting long term relationship maintaining beautiful healthy hair.  

UK-trained and now based in Australia, Beth brings over 12 years of experience specialising in elevated blondes and refined, natural colour. My work is centred around seamless blends, healthy hair, and that effortless cool-girl aesthetic, polished, expensive-looking colour that never feels overdone. I create blondes with softness and dimension, and natural tones designed to grow out beautifully. With a background in education, my work is grounded in advanced technical knowledge, precision placement, and a strong focus on hair integrity. Every appointment is tailored and intentional. I can’t wait to welcome you in my chair. 

A year into her apprenticeship, she is well and truly a valued member of ourRoxbury Team.  Aila is popular for her amazing scalp massage and spa treatments.  She is now blow waving and styling and does all types of Braiding.  She is currently studying at BiBA academy, and loves all things hairdressing.  Aila has her very own signature service here at Roxbury, a 25 minute Scalp massage using our beautiful Oway organic range, followed by a beautiful blow wave and style for only $95, just hit the book now button!
