Nick's expertise spans a wide range of hair cutting services, including curly cutting, styling, and extensions. He is particularly known for his ability to create stunning, customized looks that enhance his clients' natural beauty.

Nick's commitment to his clients goes beyond providing exceptional hair services. He believes in building lasting relationships and ensuring that each client feels valued and appreciated. Marlene is a seasoned Business Manager with 2 decades experienced in Finance & Operations.  Known for her strategic vision and business acumen, Marlene has played a pivotal role in the success of Roxbury Salon.  You’ll see her doing a bit of everything, front of house, R&D, team training, management.  Marlene is passionate and dedicated to ensure the quality of our products & services provided are of the highest standards, free from harmful substances resulting in healthy, shiny, beautiful hair.  On the fun side she loves to have fun with her team organising social events and team bonding!

At Roxbury Salon, Rachel creates a welcoming and comfortable environment where clients can relax and enjoy their salon experience. Originally from Ireland, she has been at Roxbury for 12 years but still keeps her fantastic accent!  Her professional expertise, makes her a favorite among clients. Rachel loves her Tint and Foils combinations, Grey Blending, Blondes, Dimension Colours and QiQi Hair Smoothening.  She's an expert cutter and stylist including Men's cutting and Curly Hair Cutting.  Clients achieve their desired look whilst boosting their confidence.

UK-trained and now based in Australia, Beth brings over 12 years of experience specialising in elevated blondes and refined, natural colour. My work is centred around seamless blends, healthy hair, and that effortless cool-girl aesthetic, polished, expensive-looking colour that never feels overdone. I create blondes with softness and dimension, and natural tones designed to grow out beautifully. With a background in education, my work is grounded in advanced technical knowledge, precision placement, and a strong focus on hair integrity. Every appointment is tailored and intentional. I can’t wait to welcome you in my chair. 

Meet Niamh, our Senior Stylist.  Niamh (pronounced Neev) brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and technical expertise to every appointment.  Sepcialising in seamless BLONDES, beautiful foil work, soft lived in colours, and long hair cutting and styling.  She has a true talent for creating effortlessly beautiful hair that looks just as stunning for weeks later as it does when you leave the salon.  Whether your dreaming of the perfect blonde, a soft dimensional colour or a fresh new shape and style, you're in expert hands.  To celebrate her arrival we're offering a special introductory promotion for new bookings with her for a limited time.

Ellie is just starting out and is super passionate about hairdressing.  She is well and truly a valued member of our Roxbury Team.  Ellie is looking forward to starting at Tafe and committing to her hairdressing apprenticeship.  She is only a baby at 17 years, but already showing great talent and drive towards making this career path a success!   In training to begin offering Junior Blow Waves, look out!
